What is the Erasmus+ programme?

Erasmus+ is the largest EU programme for education, training, youth and sport and runs from 2014 to 2020. It encompasses all European programmes, international programmes and EU initiatives in the field of education.

Erasmus+ aims to enhance the skills and employability of EU citizens, as well as promoting education, training and work in the field of youth and sport. It is especially focused on linking education, training and the youth sector with the employment sector, and is open to interdisciplinary projects within these fields.
