• A safe and confidential place where every parent and other adult concerned about the welfare of a child can talk to a counsellor.
• A place where parents can discuss any concerns they may have about the psycho-social progress of their child and any developmental problems they may have.
• A place for support and advice regarding parenting and parent-child relationships, or any other areas related to the protection of children’s rights.

The line is anonymous and can be reached free of charge by calling from any landline, cellphone, or public phone without a phone card.
